Winter farms maintain an austere beauty all their own. A peace, a silence, a time for every purpose under heaven.

There's a special connection that spans birth and death. A
feeling of family, of togetherness. Of knowing when
to hang on... And when to let go.

Both charming and witty, "Winter's End" is not only a wonderful love story, but also an inspirational
read about forgiveness and acceptance. Tailored for all, I would recommend taking Ruth's own advice and curling up with something
warm for a few hours of pure reading delight!
Winter's End" by Ruth Logan Herne is a visceral journey, rich with powerful characters.
The female lead is real and develops new layers as the story unfolds. Though I am not usually one for love stories this
one grabbed me and I strongly recommend it to those considering. . Winter's End was such an absorbing novel. Ruth Logan Herne is a
visual writer; it's as if she writes for the screen, so every scene comes to life. Kayla, the female lead, is so relatable,
with her sass. And her strength makes her someone you'd want to sit down and have a chat with. An enjoyable read, from start
to finish!

Winter's End is a heartwarming story of people facing challenging situations and finding
the beauty in them. Ruth Logan Herne has developed real characters that find love in a tough circumstance. I love Kayla's
spunk and quirky attributes that bring humor into Marc's life. Ms Herne brings alive the small town community Kayla and Marc
live in. You not only fall in love with them, but with all of the other people in their lives. When you read, you feel like
you are right there with them.Ms. Herne has a talent for bringing her characters to life. I'm going to watch for more of this
new author's work.

Ruth Logan Herne's debut Winter's End is emotion-packed romance at its best! Hospice nurse
Kayla Doherty and Marc DeHollander come together to care for Marc's dying father, a man who defines the meaning of unconditional
love. This touching story of two wounded people drawn to one another yet determined to walk different paths kept me turning
pages to see if they overcome the obstacles between them. A wonderful story of hope and new beginnings. Don't miss Winter's
End!
